Who we are

xSim provides simulation-based executive development. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how it is used. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@xsim.dev.

What we collect

When you request a briefing we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, and optionally your phone number, leadership team size, preferred meeting language and message. We also record the date of the request, the language of the page you used and the country your request came from. We do not store your IP address.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Spam protection

Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser for this purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable privacy-focused, cookieless traffic statistics, they record only aggregate page views.

Where it is stored

The website and form submissions are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. A notification of each request is sent to our business email. Access is limited to the xSim founders.

How long we keep it

We keep briefing requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and delete requests that do not lead to further contact within 24 months.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@xsim.dev. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
